You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from Zenshop free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
These are the options for exchanging your item(s):

Exchange at a store
You can change the size or colour of your items. Visit a Zara store that has the same section the item belongs to and present the item alongside the purchase receipt. You can keep it on your mobile phone, print it out or show your QR, which you will find by going to the “Purchases” section of the app.
If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase.
Remember that you do not need to make a request via the website/APP for in-store exchanges.

Online exchange
You can change the size of your items by accessing the order details. Just select the items to exchange and the size you would like to receive. The selected items will be sent in a new order, and you will have to return the items you no longer want. To do so, we offer you several options that you can consult in the following section How to make a return.
The original items must be returned within 14 days of the exchange request. If the deadline has passed and we have not received the items to be exchanged, the price of the new items will be charged to the original payment method.
